1. Payment

If an amount is debited from your account but your order is not confirmed, it usually means the payment was not successfully received by us. In such cases, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment gateway as per their policies.

If you believe your payment has been successfully completed but you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

3. Accidental Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing your payment.

Orders placed accidentally, incorrect product selections, duplicate purchases made by mistake, or purchases made without fully reviewing the product details are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Access to Digital Products

Access to digital products, online courses, and downloadable resources is generally provided within 24–48 hours after successful payment.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchased content after this period, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Physical Products

For physical products such as the Jolly Maths Pack, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Please note that normal wear during transit, delays caused by courier partners, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may affect delivery timelines.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

Prices and offers may be updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. However, once your payment has been successfully completed, the price applicable at the time of purchase will be honoured for your order.
